How do I order?
You simply click on the buy button on the item that you wish to purchase and follow the instructions step by step. Please make sure that the confirmation message pops up on your screen to ensure that you have completed your order transaction correctly.
 
 
Delivery Charges
The deliveries charges for all states are based on a given price set by Ohara Florist. Charges within Malaysia will be charged at Malaysian (RM) rate based on the total item priced. For international delivery, please contact us directly via email/phone to get the most updated fee information.
 
 
Cancellation of Order
Purchase order is only allowed for cancellation if the customer contact us via phone call 3 days in advance of the actual delivery date. You must make sure that a representative close out your order otherwise the transaction is considered as open and your purchase will not be refunded.
 
 
Price of Products
We have given full flexibility to all shoppers on our products. You can choose any of the price portraited under any products, and difference of each one of them is quantity of line flowers given. A bouquet with higher price will have more line flowers, as such, the bouquet could be bigger. Click on the "Consultation of Flower/Gift" button if you want to define your own flowers and the budget. It leads you to a blank e-mail page, and please put down your requirement to send us your e-mail. Our representative will contact you in the shortest possible time we can. Because no two flower arrangements are ever identical, the delivered product will not be identical. Flower arrangements are designed with flora and fauna which themselves are unique from one to the other. However, we would do our best to present your flowers as close to the picture portraited on our site as possible and present it in the most beautiful form.
 
 
Unavailable of Products
In the event if any products become unavailable at the time of production, Ohara reserves the right to substitute them with similar products of equal or greater value.
 
 
Guidelines of Delivery
Orders received before 12 noon (GMT +8.00), can be delivered on the same day. Orders received after 12 noon (GMT +8.00), requesting for same day delivery will be delivered the next working day. Orders received after 12 noon (GMT +8.00) on Saturdays or eve of public holiday will be delivered on the next working day. Although we can do same day deliveries, we would appreciate advance orders. Deliveries will be made as soon as possible to the address stated and handed over to the recipient if the recipient is available. In the event that the recipient is unavailable, attempts will be made to deliver to a relative, friend, neighbor or colleague who knows the recipient and will accept the order on their behalf by signing on the Delivery Order. Please note that during public holiday which falls on a weekend we shall close on the following monday and orders will only be deliver on Tuesday. For example, August 31st 2008 is national day so we are closed on September 1st 2008.
 
 
Confirmation of Delivery
The best way to confirm successful delivery of your gift is usually to contact the recipient directly. If you suspect a case of non-delivery, you may also e-mail us at sales@oharaflorist.com on the next business day AFTER scheduled delivery. If there has been a problem with your order we will work to correct the situation as soon as possible. Your business is important to us and we see timely delivery as a critical component of our services to you.
 
 
International Delivery
We do provide worldwide floral delivery. We are linked with many international organizations which allow us to guarantee that your order will be delivered upon your requested date. Please make sure that you indicate delivery date/time represents the local time of the order to be delivered.
 
 
Payment
All orders can be made thru our online payment gateway via our Shopping Cart facility which is available thru the oharaflorist website. Payment can also be made through www.maybank2u.com.my with account number: 107068704972 or www.citibank.com.my with account number: 0109975001 under the name of Chew Chong Wan or call us at 04-2286977/04-2266323 to do an Amex credit card payment. For internet-banking, please remember to include our e-mail address: bryan@oharaflorist.com so that we can get immediate notification when a payment is made. All corporate orders must be faxed over affixed with a company stamp.
 
 
Membership
You do not need to join our membership to purchase from our site. However, we do recommend you taking just a few minutes to set-up an account with us so that you may benefit from our special privileges that we extend to our registered members.
